At Casa Centinela we have been producing Tequila at the "Hacienda El Centinela" on the outskirts of our town, Arandas, Jalisco, since the company foundation in 1904. Today, we still hand harvest, distil and age our locally farmed agave using many of the same artisanal methods that have been passed down lovingly passed down our family from one generation to the next. The modern day company of Casa Centinela has a very rich heritage. Much of which is the result of a visionary man, Don Jose de Jesus Hernandez.
