Our History The house of Fundador was established in Jerez, Spain, in 1730. It is Spain's oldest sherry and brandy company. Fundador's long and distinguished history has been built by generations of craftsmen who continue to distinguish themselves in perfecting the art of brandy-making. Our Dedication Grapes from the most sought-after Spanish vineyards have been carefully selected and distilled by our master distiller. They are matured in oak casks, formerly used in the ageing of world-renowned Amontillado sherry exclusive to the house of Fundador, under the great care of our cellar master. Only the best matured brandy from these sherry casks are selected and skillfully blended to create Fundador Supremo.
