With an ice cream menu in his mind, he married Glenmorangie in High Vanillin and Bourbon casks, to bring our whisky's richest, creamiest side to its tantalising best. One sip of his creation is like sinking your spoon into a carousel of flavour. Peach Melba melts into honeycomb. Lemon sorbet trickles through brioche layers and shavings of Marzipan.
