Hiro Jumnai Daiginjo Sake is a multi-award winning, handcrafted, premium Japanese Sake brewed and bottled in the Niigata Prefecture, the premier Sake producing region in Japan. Inspired by the ancient recipe of Hiromon Takeda, the renowned Samurai and Sake connoisseur, our Sake is made once a year by Hiro's own Toji (master brewer) in our Kura (brewery, founded in 1635) using water sourced from the pure snow of the Badai-Asahi mountains. Hiro Jumnai Daiginjo Sake is the new premium Sake that bridges the heritage of the past with the way we drink today. Tasting Notes: Modest cantaloupe or banana aromas with gentle and fruity sweet flavor followed by an elegant and smooth aftertaste reminding you of a modest beeautiful Japanese lady in Kimono.
