An independent distillery on the Southern shores of Africa, where we stand in respect, awe and wonder of a time gone before. Here we reconnect with the rich fynbos belt of the Cape Floral Kingdom dotted along the Southern coast region's mountain slopes, dunes and limestone-rich soil, in a place that we call home. The extraordinarily diverse and aromatic fynbos surrounding our distillery in Still Bay, found nowhere else in the world, inspired us to distill a range of uniquely South African gins infused with these rare and enigmatic botanicals. Each bottle represents a return to nature and sustainability. Our distillery pumps spring water by wind pump from the ancient aquifiers below the distillery. Botanicals are harvested to encourage regrowth and after distillation, returned to the soil as compost and "meg," our custom made copper potstill, is fired with alien vegetation. We strive for beauty inside everything that is inverroche. Distinct, handcrafted gin, distilled in small batches then bottled, labelled and numbered by hand. Ultimately, our gin is crafted with nature. Infused with fragrant and aromatic fynbos scattered along the dunes of Southern African coastal region, Inverroche Gin Amber showcases the diversity of the bountiful Cape Floral Kingdom. The gin's amber colour is a rich russet and aromas of fresh citrus, slight juniper, sweet toffee apples, subtle spice and delicate floral notes intertwine to deliver a dry, woody finish. Enjoy neat on the rocks or with tonic and a curl of tangerine or orange zest.
