Nose is robust with dark fruits, maple grass and leather. Palate is very creamy, rich and viscous with deep thanksgiving spices (think hazelnut and cinnamon). The finish is medium to long, with vanilla, more oak and slight pepper.
Delicate pink florals and white pepper lead into rich buttery caramel and warm nutmeg, complemented by nuances of breakfast pastries. A lingering cinnamon spice rounds out a well-balanced, smooth finish.
Aromas of ginger, plums, cinnamon, fresh-baked cornbread, and fresh-squeezed cherries. The warm palate packs caramel, nutmeg, and vanilla with lovely cinnamon on the finish.
