This liqueur combines juice from the seasonal harvest of Williams Pears with an eau-de-vie producedd from the same fruit. The combination captures the great aromatic of fresh pears, yet without the excessive sweetness of other producers. Our pears come from orchards in both South Triol (Alto Adige) and the Double Valley. Mix with flavorful white spirits, sparkling wine, wheat beer, or soda.
