Since OSN's first Kentucky release in 1986 our family has been proud to present some of the finest, most highly coveted and collected bourbon and rye whiskey. Everything we make at Olde St. Nick is in miniscule 1-3 barrel batches. That's all we have. With a goal to live up to our legacy, our distillery and farm in Kentucky is committed to the philosophy of sustainability. Our pristine subterranean limestone ponds provide our water, we freshly mill our grain onsite for each day, with spent mash from distilling used to feed to our own herd of longhorn cattle, which will provide fertilizer for our soon to be planted crops.
