Bottled at 114 proof, this bourbon forgoes chill-filtration, leaving behind all of the naturally occuring oils from the aging process and preserving the full flavor of the bourbon. Foregoing chill-filtration may leave a small amount of sediment in the whiskey and cause it to appear cloudy at cold temperatures, but this is to be expected. Any particulates that may be observed are the result of the limited handling after aging.
