In 1865, 18-year-old James Concannon sailed from the rocky coast of Ireland's Aran Islands for America's fertile shores, this beginning my Great-Grandfather's quest for opportunity in a new land. Almost 150 years later, my family has proudly returned to Ireland to craft Concannon Irish Whiskey. For a minimum of three years, our fine whiskey is aged ni bourbon casks. The resulting Irish whiskey possesses complexity and depth characteristic of whiskey aged much longer. Integral to my families commitment to uncompromising quality, our time honored distilling and aging techniques produce an exceptionally smooth whiskey that my Great-Grandfather would have been honored to savor.
