No.1 OLIVES. The olives we use are sourced from our great friends at world-renowned Cobram Estate in regional Victoria, Australia. We use the olive leaf and olive oil from the Picual, Hojiblanca and Coratina varieties. No.2 SAVORY. Not sweet, in style or in drinks. No. 3 MARTINI. We love this gin in every style of Martini -- classic, dirty, dry, wet, perfect and especially a Gibson. Also pretty good in a Spanish-inspired gintonic. No. 4 OLIVE BRANCH. Having made so many citrus-forward gins this is our olive branch to all those savory gin-lovers out there.
