We're obsessed with flavor... After slowly fermenting and distilling TRU gin, we macerate 14 whole botanicals for 2 months using a rare Renaissance technique to bring you a deeply flavorful (and colorful) gin ideal in complex cocktails or to sip with a twist. Why Organic? We made regular spirits when we started. Then a few of our farmers switched to organic in 2007 and we saw a huge spike in flavor. We switched to all-organic ingredients the next year. They learned their successes also hinged on some silent partners — the farmers who grew their ingredients. Several had moved to organic farming, resulting in more aromatic, flavorful produce...which led to more flavorful, aromatic spirits. Their minds were made.
